The bike broke down after only 2 days. That is now 3 weeks ago and still no new bike or spare part has arrived.
We are genuinely sorry that your adventure with the Cowboy bike started this way. We can imagine how frustrating it was to wait so long until you could finally start to use your new bike and we would like to apologise for the delay.
