  unfortunately the trip tracking doesn't work at all times. 2 out of my last 10 trips were never recorded

  Trips are only sent when you turn off your bike and your phone must be connected to the internet to send the trip to our servers. To force trips to be sent, can you try the following easy steps:
  

  • Activate your WiFi or 4G
  • Unlock your bike
  • Wait for 2 seconds
  • Lock your bike again and wait for 5 seconds

  If you still don't see your trip after this, please our support team know through our app chat.
