  Ease of use, smooth, maintenance free, puncture resistant tyres, Instant motor engagement, I could go on and on. To be honest I was looking for an electric urban bike that I could just charge and ride. Cowboy has all of this and much more. The paring to a mobile phone is great and give me comfort in the thought that I can always find it via GPS if it takes off with somebody else. One of the strengths Cowboy has is after care service and communication. Its faultless, yes I had some delivery issues, Cowboy was on hand via the chat app. Faultless is my comment. If I were to be critical, I would like to get it moving faster! However speed is never enough so cruising at 15-17MPH is just fine. Thanks Cowboy great product and great after sales service
